And thank you, Jill, for enjoying the tour!
Ibes beans - I now want to grow them! Melipona honey. 🤤 🍯 What an inspiring introduction to the many and complex flavors of the Yucatan with fascinating asides and culinary reminiscences. Thank you.🙏🏼
And thank you, Monique, for your comment.
Which recipes should I drink the El Cabrón with cold, and which ones room temp?
I usually only drink El Cabron room temp unless used in a cocktail.
You are wise. No point in missing out on those delicious vapors.
You are making me miss Key West my friend! The version of 1977 or so. 😉
Yes, back thna and very sorry to have missed it like that. By the time I got there it was all campers and birkenstocks.
I want to cook and eat it all. Just the antidote I need to the holidays. Wonderful photos too.
Thank you, Georgeanne, very much appreciated.
What a delightful mouth watering food tour! Thank you for taking us along in our imaginations . Xxx
mouth watering..brought back memories of my travels in the Yucatan too...the markets there and the fresh tortillas...craving them after reading this.
Question, the bean cooking method (interesting, thank you) is that just for fresh beans??
Very pleased that you like it. And yes, for dried. Takes someof the gas out.
