Meringue as a vessel for creativity—there’s something poetic about a dessert that’s both delicate and enduring. The best recipes, like the best restaurants, leave room for evolution. This is hospitality at its finest: technique, nostalgia, and a little bit of magic.

Meringues - I have been obsessed with them for more than 40 years! My favorite holiday gift to give are meringue mushrooms - the cool, usually drier weather helps them to last and people love them. Individual meringues with fruit are my favorites for summer - now I have even more ideas! Thank you so very much.

All that lovely meringue - and those divine fruit sauces. I caught the scale smirking in the corner, and as it’s round I’m thinking of taking up discus throwing - after dessert!
