Coulibiac of sweetbreads at Stars, same night as cornmeal blinis with caviar and Russkaya vodka service.. Black mussel soufflé with white wine sabayon at Michael Mina..with a chilled Chablis..Foie gras terrine with Chateau d’Yquem at Robuchon..🥂

Thank you, J.T. I have been silent lately due to back surgery. 10 days postop, home, and slowly improving like a snall on the sidewalk that has been salted. Regarding my past post regarding favorite meals and restaurants, I left out Le Grand Vefour in Paris. Best meal at Galatoire's was Speckled Trout Almodine. I was not aware of their sidecars; my favorite cocktail at present is the Hennessey Sidecar. Next best meal was the tasting menu at The French Laundry. Lastly, for this post, the best meal at Bofinger in Paris was the seafood tower. The last time I ate at Stars was so long ago I cannot remember what I ordered. Time to go now and take another percocet and move around a bit. A bientot. Daniel Gremillion

So percocet is an anti-salting treatment, and I hope it works perfectly. Though help it along with a Sidecar, and get better fast!
