I made the tenderloin for the first time many years ago after seeing you prepare it on Martha's show. Now it is an annual part of our Christmas feasting-and the Montpelier butter is divine and I should always have some in the freezer but it never seems to last long enough.
Martha Stewart is the only person I've ever heard of who hated cilantro and then, after meeting a Mexican woman chef, she started liking it. Hmmmm. She's looking so good though. (14% of us are born having cilantro taste like soap). Happy Hols
Bingo. I am going to prepare a beef tenderloin for family for New Year's Day. This is the recipe I will use. Many thanks and Happy New Year!!!!!!
And back to you Daniel.
I forgot to add Merry Christmas. If you are in Mexico, then Felix Navidad!!!!!!!!
That beef sounds absolutely divine. And the butter calls me!!
It's a siren call from that butter.
Your Montpelier Butter. 🙌
Thank you for writing about this!
