Stop talking about chorizo. Okay, I'm half joking. This tasty sausage, among others, is off my list after my gall bladder got ripped out pre-Xmas. I loved chorizo, sun dried tomatoes in olive oil (another thing that is verbotten), salsa verde which I made myself (ditto), pasta (that's okay) and topped with Mexican cheese (yep, you guessed it, my life is boring). Well there is still lobster/crayfish, prawns (no, not shrimps) and calamari, as we call those tentacled things here in Australia.

Very sad news that you cannot stuff the tentacled things with chorizo! But you still have Balmain Bugs!

Wow! Too complex for this bloke. I will stick to boiling whole Maine lobsters and crawfish (when in season). That is heaven for me. Of course lotsa butter and spicy H20 and some cold Chablis. I know I am crude but I am from Louisiana.

If you are from Louisiana it's impossible to be crude about food!
