What's "Montpelier Butter"? Is that a particular type, or is it something you make with butter...?

It is a "compound" butter, like herb butter, but with other ingredients that make it way over the top of herb butter. See online recipes

I think I'll borrow a couple of ideas for my Christmas Dinner. This is all so lovely and I see meringues have resurfaced. Christmas Meringues sound inspiring.
